Colorado House Democrats are concealing there no-gun motives behind a window dressing of loopholes.
In this Rocky Mountain News article, House Democrats say that loopholes in our ccw law allow residents to get permits from other states if they are mentally ill. The article singles out Florida, because of testimony from a citizen who could not get a permit in COlorado. You cannot get a ccw in Florida if your mentally ill. Whether he lied or not is not the question, taking reciprocity away, will only force other states to stop recognizing ours.
