This story is one for the books. The guy forgot to declare his firearm before going through airport security. What I don't understand is how he got through the metal detector with it? Anyway he did the right thing and went back, but he still got sent to court.
"We don't allow any dangerous weapons in the terminal," Yingling said.
The TSA spokesman said testing shows that the agency has a "very high success rate" in detecting firearms.
Well that's good!
